Kristin Hauptman is an associate with the firm. She has been practicing real estate and title law for almost 25 years. Kristin has worked as in-house title insurance claims counsel, represented private buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, probate proceedings to cure title defects, judicial, non-judicial foreclosures, HOA formation and lien priority disputes. Before joining the firm, Kristin worked as a sole practitioner assisting private clients with mineral rights transactions, renewable energy projects and sale of commercial property. She is a Colorado native and a devoted baseball fan. Kristin graduated from the University of Colorado – Denver, with a major in English Literature, and minor in Philosophy. She obtained her law degree from Creighton University School of Law and began practicing in Denver in 2001. Kristin loves the performing arts—especially, Shakespeare plays.
