JAMES FOLTMER is an associate attorney with the firm.  Prior to joining the firm, his practice focused on collections, homeowner association matters, bankruptcy and landlord/tenant law.  James worked as a deputy district attorney for Colorado’s 15th Judicial Branch where he tried county and district court cases, including dozens of successful jury trials.  He is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he received the LSAT Scholarship, earned a Pro Bono Honors Program Certificate and graduated in the top of his class.  He received his bachelor’s degree in math with a minor in writing from Regis University in 1989.  James was named San Diego County Volunteer of the Year for his work with the Alternate Public Defender’s Office in 2000.  He is licensed to practice in Colorado and the Federal District Court.
