LET’S SAY GOODBYE TO ALL THINGS COVID

AND GET BACK TO BUSINESS!

In March of 2020 we were all introduced to the words COVID-19 and pandemic. Who knew that three years later we would still be discussing those words. As March 2023 comes to an end, it appears all things COVID-19 are also coming to an end.

Let’s shake off the dust of the past 3 years, and work towards a more normal business life.  In an effort to assist in that endeavor, and bring our clients up to date, we are scheduling refresher classes for our clients.  Those classes will include:

1. A brief overview of legislation passed in the last three years effecting the rental/property management industry
2. A general overview of the eviction process
3. A general overview of the eviction process as it relates to mobile homes (these will be separate classes),
4. A basic fair housing training,
5. An overview of pet and emotional support animal issues.
6. A general overview of the collections process

These training classes will be provided via Zoom, for purposes of both convenience and allowing as many clients as possible to attend. We are charging a small fee of $75 per client.  These training classes are expected to last approximately 90 minutes, with questions taken at the end of the presentation. Also for all those who participate in the training, you will have access to the power points that are presented for future reference.  Dates for these training classes are as follows:

5/12/23                The eviction process (single family and multi-family rentals)

5/19/23                The eviction process (mobile homes)

6/9/23                  Fair Housing

6/16/23                Collections

6/23/23                Pets and emotional support animals

7/14/23                Legislation affecting the industry

All classes will be scheduled for 90 minutes from 1:00 pm to 2:30 p.m.  Please note that our office staff will also be participating in these classes and will not be available by phone or email during the class.
