Britten W. Hale

BRITTEN W. HALE is a partner and shareholder with the firm.  He graduated from Indiana University in 1996, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and Criminal Justice.  After college, Britten became involved in politics, working in Washington, D.C. before moving to Indianapolis to direct a program called Ticket for Kids in the Mayor’s office.  He then attended the University of Denver Law for his Juris Doctor (2001).  His focus within the firm is litigation of forcible entry and unlawful detainer cases, collections, and representing Community Associations since 2002.  Britten, through the Firm, maintains membership in trade organizations related to the services the Firm provides, including but not limited to the Community Association Institute and Colorado Creditor’s Bar Association.  In 2017, Britten was named a Top Lawyer by 5280 Magazine. Britten is Of Counsel with the firm.
