Paul E. Farrer

PAUL E. FARRER is a partner and shareholder with the firm and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law in 1999 and then began practicing both civil and criminal law.  After serving as Deputy District Attorney for the 13th Judicial District in Ft. Morgan, Colorado, Paul returned to practice in the civil areas of landlord/tenant, homeowners association and collections for Springman, Braden, Wilson and Pontius, P.C.   Paul’s previous experiences in civil matters include business, real estate, probate and construction matters.  He has an extensive business background in corporate and small business settings.  Paul received his bachelor’s degree from Wabash College in 1979.  He maintains a small agricultural operation in Weld County where he makes his home along with his wife and three children.  Paul, through the Firm, maintains membership in trade organizations related to the services the Firm provides, including but not limited to the Community Association Institute and Colorado Creditor’s Bar Association.  In 2017, Paul was named a Top Lawyer by 5280 Magazine.
